GTA V is massive and overwhelming for first-time players. This guide covers the essential tips that will save you hours of frustration and help you get the most out of Los Santos from day one.
Tip 1 — Don't Rush the Story
The main story is ~30 hours long and incredibly well-written. Take your time to enjoy it. Side missions, stranger encounters, and random events are some of the best content in the game. However, there's one critical exception:
