Trademarks & Game Assets

DIGITALOFT is an independent, unofficial fan resource. Game titles, cover art, screenshots, console/platform logos, and other trademarks or copyrighted assets that appear on this Site are the property of their respective publishers, developers, and platform holders. We do not claim ownership of any such material.

These assets are used in a limited, identifying capacity — for example, to show which game a page of cheat codes refers to — which we believe qualifies as nominative fair use / fair dealing under applicable copyright law, as it is necessary to accurately identify the underlying product and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement by the rights holder.

Original written content on this Site — cheat descriptions, guides, and editorial text — is created by DIGITALOFT unless a source is otherwise credited.

Takedown Requests

If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized to act on one's behalf) and believe that material on this Site infringes your rights beyond the fair use described above, we will act promptly to review and, where appropriate, remove or modify the material.

To submit a request, please email support@digitaloft.net with the subject line "Copyright/Takedown Request" and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is being infringed
  • The exact URL(s) on this Site where the material appears
  • Your contact information (name, email, and, if applicable, company/organization)
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

We aim to respond to valid requests within a reasonable timeframe. Incomplete requests may take longer to process while we seek the missing information.

Counter-Notices

If material you submitted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including the removed material's original location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
